Great flavor! Texture could be improved upon just a bit, however the marshmallow and sea salt add a great chewy texture, and a great contrast between sweet and salty, giving the overall product great balance. I can definitely recommend, and they never bother my stomach!
Always good, these bars are clean and the customer service is second to none. Price is a little more than other protein bars but it is well worth the little bit extra for the piece of mind you get from a clean no garbage added bar.
Had a bar this morning and first of all it's freaking delicious. Second of all, this is the thing that I love so much, I had it at 8:30 and I haven't felt like I needed any more food or anything. I'm just going to have lunch now and I feel like I'm just gonna have a salad because I'm not starving and yeah it really filled me. Sustained me in a in a way that felt really good, I guess that must be the slow release protein.

I have ordered the peanut butter bars a few times now and they are great. This is my first box of the Rocky Road. I purchased these for my wife but I am enjoying these as well. These bars are super clean and taste great. In this world of additives and sketchy products its nice to have a company who is taking people's health seriously.

Finally a Rocky Road bar that actually tastes like Rocky Road! Macros are amazing and I love the marshmallows and nut chunks, and the salt flakes. Definitely tastes better than any bar I've tried (tried a ton). i'd set up a subscription if they offered it.
i did the 3 bar sampler and they're all great but this is my fav. VERY different from other protein bars. really chewy, chocolatey, kind of like a brownie. can't believe it's only 170 cals!!!

What is AMINOACIDEMIA?
Aminoacidemia is the rise in amino acids in your bloodstream after you eat protein. This matters because amino acids are the building blocks your body uses to repair and grow muscle. GRYP is designed to deliver sustained aminoacidemia, so your muscles stay fueled long after you eat.
WHY DOES PROTEIN TIMING MATTER?

HOW SHOULD GRYP BE STORED?
Our bars are best stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration is not needed but may extend shelf life. If you prefer a firmer texture, you can achieve this by refrigerating the bars for a few hours. If you prefer a softer texture, you can remove the bar from the wrapper and heat it on a plate in a microwave oven for 10-20 seconds.
ARE GRYP BARS KOSHER?
We use kosher-certified ingredients but we currently don’t have a Kosher certificate on our labels because we’d rather put every dollar into making the best bar possible.
