If you're not happy with your first purchase, we want to make it right.

First-Time Buyer Guarantee
If you’re trying GRYP for the first time and don’t love it, contact us within 30 days of delivery — we’ll offer a full refund or send a replacement, no questions asked.

Returns for Unopened Boxes
If you ordered multiple boxes and want to return any unopened items, you may do so within 30 days of delivery. Just contact us at hi@grypbar.com and we’ll provide return instructions. Please note, products must be unopened and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless we made a mistake).

Final Sale Items
Opened boxes, used items, or individual bars are not eligible for return, due to food safety regulations — but if something arrived damaged or incorrect, we’ll take care of it.
