Love the peanut butter chocolate flavor. Zero side effects like some protein bars. Delicious flavor and nice texture. Not too chewy or too crispy. Also the macros are great, high protein and no added sugars. I’ve already bought two more boxes, trying the other flavors.

I reviewed this before, and I am a big fan. They are very clean, which I like and just a little higher in calories than a David bar, which I also eat. They are a bit expensive but again clean. This is my second box. I do eat protein bars, not too many, as I try to get as much volume as I can from the calories I get. I do eat these even more sparingly due to the price. But if the EPG bothers you, try these. Even if not, these are worth a try.

As a total peanut butter lover, these are INCREDIBLE! They taste like dessert, but with incredible ingredients, no added sugar, and great macros. One of my go-to protein bars.

These are very good, I am fairly picky about protein bars and there are a lot of really great tasting bars on the market, but they are usually very high in something, be it carbs or fat or calories, which is huge for me. I almost exclusively eat David Bars for that reason. Having said that, your bars are not much higher and are very clean, which I really like. I thought the taste was very good, especially for the limited number of ingredients you add. I will be buying these again. The price is a little high, but with having to source cleaner products and manufacturing costs, I'm sure it's justified. I do like the fact that you reach out directly. Customer service has been lost with a lot of companies these days.

What is AMINOACIDEMIA?
Aminoacidemia is the rise in amino acids in your bloodstream after you eat protein. This matters because amino acids are the building blocks your body uses to repair and grow muscle. GRYP is designed to deliver sustained aminoacidemia, so your muscles stay fueled long after you eat.
WHY DOES PROTEIN TIMING MATTER?
Third-party clinical studies show that different proteins deliver amino acids at different rates. GRYP combines fast- and slow-digesting proteins to provide a more sustained supply—so your protein keeps working longer after you eat.
What are NET CARBS?

HOW MANY BARS CAN I EAT PER DAY?

HOW SHOULD GRYP BE STORED?
Our bars are best stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration is not needed but may extend shelf life. If you prefer a firmer texture, you can achieve this by refrigerating the bars for a few hours. If you prefer a softer texture, you can remove the bar from the wrapper and heat it on a plate in a microwave oven for 10-20 seconds.
ARE GRYP BARS KOSHER?
We use kosher-certified ingredients but we currently don’t have a Kosher certificate on our labels because we’d rather put every dollar into making the best bar possible.
